About the Hiring Company:

Our client is looking for a Livestreamer Manager to build and lead our own in-house streaming team. You will recruit, train and manage livestreamers who run personal channels on Kick, Twitch and YouTube Live, with every account owned by the company. Your goal is to grow audience, registrations and deposit through live content, while keeping every stream compliant with platform rules, license conditions responsible gambling standards.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Recruitment and Training

• Scout, audition and hire in-house streamers with strong on-camera presence and casino or slot knowledge.

• Run onboarding and ongoing training on stream setup, hosting, chat engagement, game an bonus knowledge, responsible gambling messaging and platform rules

• Review VODs and give regular feedback and coaching.

Channel and Account Management

• Oversee many streamer channels across Kick, Twitch and YouTube Live at the same time

• Set up each company-owned account and keep branding, overlays, panels and titles consistent

• Secure logins, 2FA and recovery details with the company, and remove or hand over access when a streamer leaves.

Content and Scheduling

• Build the weekly stream rota to cover peak hours across time zones

• Plan formats such as bonus hunts, challenges, giveaways, tournaments and community shows.

• Oversee studio, equipment, software (OBS, Streamlabs) and stream quality, with backup plan for outages.

Growth and Performance

• Grow live viewers, followers and chat activity on every channel

• Drive registrations and FTDs through links, promo codes and on-stream offers, working with Marketing, CRM and Community teams

• Allocate and track streamer bankrolls and crypto wallets with Finance, with clear limits and controls.

Compliance and Risk

• Enforce responsible gambling messaging, age and geo restrictions, and each platform's gambling and advertising rules.

• Manage moderation, strikes, takedowns and incidents

Team Management and Reporting

• Run performance reviews and set pay and bonus structures with HR.

• Keep streamers motivated and healthy through fair schedules and burnout prevention.

• Report weekly and monthly on channel growth, stream hours, conversions, spend and next steps.

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years managing livestreamers, a live content team or streaming channels, ideally in iGaming, crypto casino or gaming.

• Hands-on knowledge of Kick, Twitch and YouTube Live, including audience, discovery, moderation tools and gambling policies on each.

• Proven ability to find, train and retain on-camera talent and build their audience from a small base, while managing many streamers at once.

• Strong understanding of slots, live casino and sportsbook content and bonus mechanics.

• Familiar with stream production tools (OBS or Streamlabs, overlays, alerts, chat bots)

• Comfortable with crypto: wallets, stablecoin payouts and major coins.

• Good understanding of responsible gambling, KYC/AML basics and license restrictions by country.

• Clear written and spoken English

Preferred

• Past experience as a streamer or on-air host.

• Video editing and short-form clip skills (TikTok, Shorts, Reels)

• Experience with analytics tools such as StreamElements, TwitchTracker or SullyGnome, and BI dashboards.

• Community management on Telegram and Discord.

• Experience building a streamer team from scratch.
