About the Hiring Company:
We are looking for a proactive and commercially focused Partnership Manager to manage and expand QTech Games’ provider network across Asia. The role requires strong ownership, independent project management and close collaboration with Product, Sales, Legal, Technical and Finance teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with new and existing game providers.

• Negotiate and renegotiate rates, fees and commercial terms.

• Identify and approach new providers aligned with QTech’s Asia strategy.

• Monitor industry trends, new games and competitor portfolios.

• Coordinate contracts, amendments, due diligence and internal approvals.

• Manage provider onboarding from negotiation through integration and launch.

• Maintain accurate provider, contract and commercial information.

• Identify opportunities to improve provider performance and commercial conditions.

• Resolve partnership issues and escalate risks when necessary.

• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver them without continuous supervision.

The Successful Candidate:

• 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, account management or business development.

• Professional Mandarin and strong written and spoken English.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Self-driven, proactive and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in iGaming, online casino or gaming aggregation.

• Existing relationships with Asian game providers.

• Experience negotiating revenue-share agreements.

• Understanding of provider integrations and product launches.

• Knowledge of Asian gaming markets and player preferences.

• Additional Asian language skills.
