About the Hiring Company:
The Assistant Manager, Social Media is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all social media initiatives across the company. This role oversees day-to-day social media operations, content execution, agency coordination, campaign rollout, and influencer deliverables to ensure all social media activities are aligned with brand objectives, compliance standards, and performance targets.
The role also serves as the operational extension of the Social Media Lead, enabling stronger focus on strategic growth, acquisition performance, and brand expansion initiatives.
The Successful Candidate:
Graduate of any Marketing, Communications, or Advertising course.
Experience in the following fields is preferable:
Social Media Marketing
Content Production
Agency & Vendor Management
Acquisition Marketing
Interested candidates should possess a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and practical experience across the aforementioned fields.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Execution & Calendar Management
a. Translate approved monthly content strategies into:
Weekly content calendars
Daily posting schedules
Platform-specific execution plans
b. Manage end-to-end publishing schedules across all social media platforms, including:
Facebook
Instagram
Threads / X
TikTok
YouTube
Telegram / Viber communities (if applicable)
c. Ensure all content is published:
On-time
Error-free
Following approved branding and compliance guidelines
d.
Maintain social media content trackers and publishing documentation.
2. Agency & Vendor Management
a.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for creative agencies, production vendors, and external social media partners.
b. Coordinate:
Creative briefs
Feedback consolidation
Revision cycles
Asset approvals
c. Ensure all creative outputs comply with:
Brand guidelines
PAGCOR regulations
ASC requirements (if applicable)
Internal compliance standards
d.
Track agency deliverables against agreed timelines and scopes of work.
e. Coordinate processing requirements related to:
Vendor accreditation
Purchase requests
Contracts
Invoices
Payment endorsements
3. Content Production Oversight
a. Supervise and quality-check:
Static creatives
Motion graphics
Video edits
Reels / short-form videos
Copywriting and captions
b. Ensure all content assets are:
Platform-optimized
Mobile-first
Engagement-driven
Conversion-oriented
c. Ensure proper implementation of:
CTAs
Tracking links / UTMs
Hashtags
Promo disclaimers
Responsible gaming messaging
d.
Monitor creative performance trends and recommend optimization opportunities.
4. Promo & Campaign Execution
a.
Support the execution of all monthly digital promos and campaign launches.
b. Assist in:
Promo mechanics finalization
Creative rollout planning
Landing page coordination
Publishing schedules
Giveaway logistics
c. Ensure all campaign assets are complete prior to launch, including:
Visuals
Captions
Tracking links
Compliance approvals
d.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign deployment.
e.
Conduct post-campaign documentation and recap support.
5. PR & Influencer Support
a. Coordinate influencer and KOL deliverables, including:
Posting schedules
Asset dissemination
Tracking links
Compliance reminders
b.
Monitor influencer posting compliance and deliverable completion.
c. Assist in organizing:
PR seedings
Media partnerships
Event-related social coverage
d.
Track influencer performance metrics and campaign outputs.
6. Reporting & Operational Support
a.
Consolidate weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
b. Monitor:
Engagement performance
Reach and impressions
Follower growth
Traffic contribution
Conversion performance
c. Assist in identifying:
High-performing content
Content gaps
Emerging trends
Competitor activities
d. Assist in maintaining updated trackers for:
Campaigns
Deliverables
Vendor payments
Influencer outputs
Publishing calendars
Additional Skills:
Great Communication and Negotiation skills
