About the Role

We are seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join our Acquisition team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Acquisition. You will own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and other social advertising platforms to drive player acquisition and brand awareness.

This role is focused on campaign management across social platforms: building audiences, managing creative testing, and optimizing audience targeting to maximize results.

iGaming experience is preferred but not compulsory. We are looking for talented paid social specialists with strong social media marketing skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Paid Social Campaign Management: Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.

• Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Create and manage audience segments, lookalike audiences, and retargeting pools. Optimize audience targeting based on performance data.

• Creative Testing: Develop and execute creative testing frameworks. A/B test ad formats, creatives, copy, audiences, and placements to continuously improve campaign performance.

• Campaign Optimization: Optimize campaigns based on performance data, adjusting targeting, creatives, budgets, and bidding strategies to maximize results.

• Social Media Marketing Integration: Coordinate with the Brand and Digital Content teams to ensure paid social aligns with organic social media marketing strategy and content.

• Budget and Performance Reporting: Manage social advertising budgets and report on key metrics (CPA, ROAS, reach, engagement, conversion rates).

• Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy for social platforms, including short-form video ads.

• Platform Expertise: Stay current on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and social media marketing trends across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all social advertising complies with PAGCOR advertising regulations and platform policies.

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in paid social advertising or social media marketing

• Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager)

• Experience with TikTok Ads or similar short-form video advertising platforms

• Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data

• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and creative testing methodologies

• Experience with campaign management and social media analytics and reporting

• Must be authorized to work in the Philippines

• Strong communication skills in English
