About the Role:

We are seeking a BI and Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team, reporting to the BI and Data Manager. You will play a key role in turning raw data into actionable, data-driven insights that drive decision-making across the organization. This is a hands-on analytical role focused on data analysis, reporting, data visualization, and player behavior analysis.

iGaming experience is required for this role, as you will be working with industry-specific metrics and player data from day one.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data analysis across key platform metrics including player activity, engagement, retention, and revenue. Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making.

• Data Visualization and Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards using business intelligence and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to provide real-time visibility into platform performance.

• SQL and Data Extraction: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Player Behavior Analysis: Perform deep-dive analytics on player behavior, including engagement patterns, churn indicators, deposit and withdrawal trends, and lifecycle stage analysis.

• Business Intelligence Support: Support the BI and Data Manager in designing and maintaining data models, ensuring data quality, and documenting data definitions and metrics.

• Campaign and Performance Analytics: Analyze marketing campaign performance, promotional effectiveness, and acquisition channel ROI to support data-driven optimization.

• Excel and Ad-Hoc Analysis: Produce ad-hoc analyses and Excel-based models as needed to support cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations, finance).

• Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and data workflows to improve team efficiency.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.

The Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics, or a similar analytical role

• Strong SQL skills (ability to write complex queries, joins, and aggregations)

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting

• iGaming industry experience required, with understanding of player behavior analysis and gaming metrics

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Ability to translate data findings into clear, actionable, data-driven insights for non-technical stakeholders

• Must be authorized to work in the Philippines

• Strong communication skills in English
