About the Role:

We are looking for a Risk and Fraud Supervisor to join our operations team and support the Risk and Fraud Manager in protecting the platform and its players from fraudulent activity. You will supervise a team of fraud analysts and verification officers, overseeing fraud monitoring, transaction monitoring, and KYC verification processes to ensure all operations run smoothly and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

This is a hands-on supervisory role that requires iGaming experience, particularly in B2C casino operations. You should have a solid understanding of iGaming compliance, fraud investigation, and the ability to lead a team in identifying and responding to suspicious activity in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fraud Monitoring and Investigation: Oversee real-time fraud monitoring operations. Lead the investigation of suspicious activity, including syndicate play, payment fraud, referral abuse, and bonus abuse.

• Transaction Monitoring: Supervise transaction monitoring processes, ensuring timely detection and escalation of unusual patterns and high-risk transactions.

• KYC Verification and AML Checks: Manage daily KYC verification and AML checks workflows, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance with PAGCOR regulations.

• Player Verification: Oversee end-to-end player verification processes, ensuring all accounts meet regulatory requirements before activation and throughout their lifecycle.

• Risk Analysis: Conduct and oversee risk analysis activities, identifying emerging fraud trends and recommending policy updates to the Risk and Fraud Manager.

• Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of fraud analysts and verification officers. Conduct quality audits on verification work and provide coaching and feedback.

• iGaming Compliance: Ensure all risk and fraud operations comply with PAGCOR regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices for iGaming risk operations.

• Reporting: Generate regular fraud monitoring reports and suspicious activity reports for management review.

• Process Improvement: Assist in developing and updating risk policies, SOPs, and escalation frameworks. Support the implementation and optimization of fraud detection tools and back-office systems.

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fraud monitoring, risk analysis, or compliance within iGaming or Fintech

• Experience supervising or leading a small team (fraud analysts, verification officers, or similar)

• Strong understanding of KYC verification, AML checks, and regulatory compliance processes

• Hands-on experience with transaction monitoring and fraud investigation

• Familiarity with common online gaming fraud patterns (suspicious activity, syndicate play, payment fraud, bonus abuse)

• Experience with risk management platforms and back-office verification tools

• Must be authorized to work in the Philippines

• Strong communication skills in English
