About the Role:

We are seeking a Digital Content Manager to lead the creation, management, and optimization of all digital content and social media content across our platforms. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand and Partnerships, you will own the content strategy, content calendar, and content creation pipeline for all digital channels, ensuring our messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with the brand.

This role covers everything from platform content and social media content to multimedia production and short-form video. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong digital marketing instincts who can produce content that drives engagement and supports our growth objectives.

This role does not require iGaming experience. We are open to candidates from digital media, entertainment, e-commerce, or consumer brands with strong content creation and digital content management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy and Planning: Develop and own the content strategy across all digital channels (website, social media, email, app, platform). Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Content Creation and Production: Create, edit, and publish high-quality digital content including written content, multimedia assets, and short-form video for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Content Calendar Management: Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely production and publication across all channels.

• Social Media Content: Own the social media content strategy and community engagement across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram). Drive audience engagement through creative, platform-native content.

• Digital Marketing Integration: Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to align content creation with campaigns, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.

• Platform Content: Develop and manage on-platform content that enhances the user experience and supports player engagement.

• Multimedia and Short-Form Video: Oversee the production of multimedia content, with a strong focus on short-form video formats that drive reach and engagement on social platforms.

• Content Optimization: Optimize content for SEO and discoverability. Use analytics to track content performance and continuously improve the content strategy.

• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with freelance writers, designers, video producers, and content creators.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all digital content meets PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

The Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content management, content creation, or social media content management

• Proven track record of creating and managing content across multiple digital platforms

• Strong experience with short-form video production and multimedia content

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Experience with content strategy development and content calendar management

• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and SEO best practices

• Must be authorized to work in the Philippines

• Strong communication skills in English
