About the Hiring Company:
We are a Hong Kong-headquartered financial infrastructure and payments company expanding our European platform and operating capabilities in London.

As part of our next stage of growth, we are hiring experienced leaders across platform architecture, payments product, compliance, and financial crime operations.

We are looking for a senior AML & Financial Crime Manager to support the continued expansion of our global financial crime and transaction monitoring capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead AML investigations, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and suspicious activity escalation processes.

• Develop and enhance financial crime controls across onboarding and payment operations.

• Support AML risk assessments and regulatory reporting activities.

• Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to improve AML tooling and automation capabilities.

• Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices across financial crime operations.

The Successful Candidates:

• 6+ years of AML or financial crime experience within fintech, banking, payments, or regulated financial services.

• Strong understanding of transaction monitoring and sanctions screening frameworks.

• Experience working with European AML regulations and operational controls.

• Analytical mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience within fast-scaling fintech, payments infrastructure, or international banking environments is highly valued.
