About the Hiring Company:
The Senior Manager for Player Engagement & Campaign Strategy oversees the most critical lever of our business: the Incentive Economy. In our ecosystem, bonuses and campaigns are not merely supplementary perks—they are the core product experience.
We are seeking a high-caliber strategist capable of mastering both ends of the player funnel. On the Acquisition side, you will architect the promotional frameworks that convert interest into First Time Depositors (FTDs). On the Retention side, you will own the end-to-end player lifecycle, managing CRM strategy, loyalty structures, and VIP tiers. Your objective is to maximize Player Lifetime Value (LTV) through the sophisticated deployment of incentives and engagement triggers.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Campaign Orchestration: Design and oversee the execution of the global promotional roadmap. You will define the strategic intent, mechanics, and ROI targets for every player incentive.
Behavioral Lifecycle Engineering: Utilize behavioral psychology and data science to architect "Player Paths." You will develop the prompts and reward structures that transition casual users into brand advocates and high-value VIPs.
Financial & Incentive Modeling: Serve as the "CFO of Incentives." You will balance player reinvestment with corporate profitability by modeling complex wagering requirements and bonus-to-revenue ratios.
VIP Experience & Retention Strategy: Direct high-touch engagement for the platform’s top-tier users. This includes overseeing personalized communication, exclusive access programs, and bespoke reward frameworks.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between Acquisition and Retention teams. You will ensure that the value proposition promised in marketing creative is seamlessly fulfilled by on-site engagement offers.
UX & Conversion Optimization: Partner with Creative and UI/UX teams to ensure campaigns achieve maximum visibility. You will advocate for "frictionless claiming" to minimize the gap between offer exposure and player action.
P&L Management & Data Governance: Continuously monitor bonus costs within the P&L. You will dynamically adjust strategies to maintain budgetary discipline while aggressively pursuing growth targets.
The Successful Candidate:
5+ years of experience in iGaming Player Engagement, CRM, or Campaign Management.
Funnel Deep technical understanding of acquisition mechanics (CPA vs. FTD) and retention metrics (LTV, Churn, ARPU).
Hands-on proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and iGaming back-office systems.
Proven ability to model bonus ROI and calculate the impact of wagering/rollover requirements on net margins.
Experience managing high-volume VIP programs for digital entertainment or gaming platforms.
Academic or professional background in psychology or behavioral economics.
A proven track record of building complex, automated lifecycle journeys from the ground up.
