About the Hiring Company:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead and scale our affiliate activity. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow, scale, and build long-term impact within a fast-moving company.

We are a Cyprus-based company operating for 3 years, with 5 active brands across 3 different platforms. We have offices in Cyprus and operate at high volumes with large-scale budgets.

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record managing affiliate budgets of €600K+ per month

• Strong portfolio of active affiliate partners and existing relationships, with the ability to be up and running from day one

• Hands-on experience with affiliate acquisition and partner scaling

• Deep understanding of performance metrics, including eCPA optimization

• Experience working with affiliate systems (Cellxpert – strong advantage)

• Experience with unregulated markets

The Successful Candidate:

• Manage and scale affiliate operations across multiple brands

• Acquire new affiliates and expand existing partnerships

• Optimize performance and maintain strong ROI/eCPA

• Work closely with internal teams to drive growth across markets
