We are seeking an experienced Account Manager based in LATAM, who is fluent in both Portuguese and English and has a strong background in the iGaming or gambling industry.

You'll be at the forefront of client interactions, helping to monitor activity, retain customers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with partners, provide support, answer their questions, and resolve issues related to their accounts. Assist customers with technical inquiries, provide information about new features and promotions, and help resolve any problems that arise.
Drive the successful launch of new titles by actively pitching upcoming releases to partners and securing prime positioning within their casino lobbies.
Monitor clients’ activity on the platform. Analyze data on customer behavior, such as number of players, frequency of play, betting volumes, winnings/losses, spikes, or drops.
Sales and customer retention: work on increasing and retaining customers. Offer personalized deals to partners, run promotional campaigns, or organize special events.
Cooperate with other departments within the company, such as marketing, design, finance, integration management, and technical support.
Present products and services during business trips, conferences, and networking events.
The Successful Candidate:
2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the iGaming/gambling industry (experience with casino game providers is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Results-oriented, highly organized, and detail-focused.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and management at all levels.
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel for business trips and events.
Proficient in digital platforms, including HubSpot, Jira, and Confluence.
