About the Role:
The Marketing Manager – Asia role will be responsible for developing and executing the regional marketing strategy for the Group brands in Asia and aligning the efforts with overall marketing, sales and business strategies.
The role will be responsible for developing and delivering Marketing projects aimed to support our products and reinforce or establish our position in the Asia gaming industry, as well as overseeing continual review and optimisation of Marketing processes and deliverables, always aiming to increase the quality of output and ensure that the Group stands out as the leader in the industry. The role will work closely with the Commercial team in Asia, as well as the Global Marketing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Design marketing initiatives and campaign plans to support product launches
Be the central point of contact for the Asia Commercial team and foster a strong relationship with them to help meet business goals
Identify opportunities to enhance brand positioning and client engagement in the Asian market
Contribute to annual marketing planning and roadmap development.
Product Marketing
Own regional product marketing deliverables including game asset development and distribution, launch plans, and messaging localisation
Review all Marketing packs prepared by the team to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
Ensure marketing materials reflect regional market needs and regulatory considerations
Monitor competitor positioning and campaigns
Ensure all finalized materials are properly uploaded to the client area in a timely manner
Improve internal processes to enhance efficiency in asset production and distribution.
Client & KAM Support
Develop and adapt sales materials to support the Asia Commercial team
Assist in producing dedicated assets and customized promotional materials for clients
Work closely with Sales and KAM teams to support client campaigns and commercial initiatives
Ensure marketing materials meet regional market needs and deadlines.
Client Engagement & Campaign Support
Design holiday gifts and client engagement materials within approved budgets
Manage sourcing, production, and delivery processes
Ensure quality control and timely delivery.
Promotion Campaign Coordination
Work closely with the Promotions Team to coordinate and announce promotional campaigns with clients
Support the development of promotional materials and campaign assets
Ensure timely delivery and proper communication of promotional content across relevant channels.
Social Media & Content Coordination
Oversee and support social media posting across platforms
Align content planning with marketing campaigns and key business priorities.
Support development of localised content that strengthens brand presence in Asia.
Media & Press Relations
Act as the main point of contact with Asian gaming press and media partners
Coordinate press releases, media interviews, and partnership opportunities.
Event Management
Plan and execute internal and external events including exhibitions, client events, and corporate gatherings.
Manage event materials, logistics, budget tracking, and on-site coordination.
Support post-event reporting and ROI tracking according to Global governance standards.
Budget & Expense Control
Monitor and control regional marketing expenses.
Maintain clear records of spending and ensure cost efficiency.
Assist in planning and preparing the annual marketing budget.
Ensure all projects adhere to Global governance processes and approval workflows.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop the regional marketing team in Asia
Set clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations
Ensure accountability, quality standards, and timely delivery across all regional marketing outputs
Provide structured feedback, coaching, and development support to team members.
Foster a collaborative working relationship between Regional Commercial, Global Marketing, and other stakeholders.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
Marketing/Business degree preferred
3–5 years of experience in a similar marketing role in a B2B environment advantageous
Strong copywriter and communication skills in English
Strong organisational and project management skills
High attention to detail and quality standards
Commercial awareness and understanding of competitive positioning
Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset
