About the Role:
We are hiring a Finance Officer to support financial operations across multiple markets.

This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, reconciling high-volume transactions, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining strong financial controls. You will work closely with Payments, Operations, Product, and Commercial teams to support day-to-day finance activities and provide insights for decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple operating markets

• Support revenue reconciliation between platforms, wallets, and payment providers

• Maintain accurate P&L and balance sheet schedules

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting

• Prepare variance analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations across PSPs, mobile money providers, wallets, and bank accounts

• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks promptly

• Help maintain and improve financial controls in a high-volume transactional environment

• Identify inefficiencies and risks across payment flows and reporting processes

• Work closely with Payments, Operations, Product, and Commercial teams

• Support ad-hoc commercial analysis (bonuses, promotions, margin performance, market profitability)

• Act as a finance point of contact for operational queries

The Successful Candidate:

• 3–5 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role

• Strong understanding of management accounting fundamentals

• Experience with high-volume transactions (iGaming experience, any exposure to African markets considered a plus)

• Advanced Excel

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Comfortable working across multiple currencies and markets
