About the Hiring Company:
The Promo Manager is responsible for planning, negotiating, executing, and optimizing casino promotions and tournaments in cooperation with game providers, aggregators, and internal teams. The role includes full ownership of promotional budgets, provider-funded campaigns, and performance reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Negotiate commercial terms with game providers, including discounts, promotional budgets, and recurring monthly campaigns.

• Secure, manage, and control provider-funded promotions, including bonuses, cashback offers, and prize pools.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute network tournaments in cooperation with game providers and aggregators.

• Propose, budget, and manage local (brand-specific) tournaments, including prize pool definition and approval.

• Own promotional budgets and ensure cost control, efficiency, and profitability.

• Coordinate promotion setup and execution with CRM, Casino Operations, and Technical teams.

• Ensure all promotions and tournaments are tested, compliant with internal policies, and approved prior to launch.

• Monitor and analyze promotion and tournament performance and implement optimizations based on results.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to provider agreements, promotional terms, and performance outcomes.

The Successful Candidate:

• Proven experience in iGaming at least 2-3 years in online casino management, or promotional management.

• Experience negotiating commercial and promotional terms with game providers.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets and evaluate performance metrics.

• Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• High level of organization and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
