Job Responsibilities:
Service Management
This role focuses on working with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve service performance gaps. Key responsibilities include analyzing workflow issues, tracking recurring problems, and facilitating timely issue resolution. Strong skills in data analysis and the ability to deliver structured reports and executive-level presentations are essential to communicate findings and support service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirement Gathering and Stakeholder Alignment
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and clarify delivery expectations. Document project requirements, scope, and key milestones with precision and consistency. Act as a central coordinator among technical contributors, product owners, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth execution from initiation to completion.Project Ownership and Execution
Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of service projects, ensuring execution is aligned with the defined scope, timelines, and budget. Monitor service delivery performance by tracking key metrics, identifying potential operational gaps, and initiating continuous improvement efforts. Provide stakeholders with clear and timely updates, including project progress, risk assessments, and performance dashboards.Release & Quality Oversight
Lead coordination efforts for new product and feature releases, acting as the quality gatekeeper prior to deployment. Ensure all release activities meet defined standards by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Validate user scenarios and support readiness across business units to enable a seamless rollout.Tools & Workflow Ownership
Administer internal tools, including user access control and technical configuration. Customize and optimize systems to enhance workflow efficiency and operational consistency. Design, implement, and refine workflows to support scalable and adaptable service delivery models.
The Successful Candidate:
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a service-focused environment.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Competency in data analysis, workflow design, and presentation tools.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile tools is a plus.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
