Role Overview

The Head of Affiliation and Growth (CMO-Level) will lead all affiliation, acquisition, and performance-driven growth initiatives across multiple regions and verticals. This role is responsible for establishing and scaling the affiliate program, securing strong partnerships, and driving measurable acquisition results for both Casino and Sportsbook brands.

This leader must be hands-on, data-driven, and highly connected in the iGaming affiliate ecosystem, with the ability to build a winning portfolio, negotiate strong deals, and launch growth operations from zero.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the global affiliation and growth strategy for Casino and Sportsbook.
• Build, scale, and manage the affiliate program across all markets.
• Bring an established network of affiliates and onboard new high-value partners.
• Lead player acquisition efforts through affiliates, media partners, and performance channels.
• Manage budgets, commission models, and ROI across all growth activities.
• Oversee negotiations, contracts, and ongoing partner relationships.
• Analyze market trends, player behavior, affiliate performance, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate closely with Product, Operations, BI, and Marketing to align growth activities with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations across different markets.
• Build the foundation for expansion into additional channels (paid media, SEO, CRM, etc.) as the business grows.

The Successful Candidate:

• Extensive experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry (Casino + Sportsbook).
• Proven ability to bring and manage an affiliate portfolio that delivers strong results.
• Strong background in acquisition with measurable performance impact.
• Excellent negotiation skills and hands-on experience onboarding and managing affiliate partners.
• Deep understanding of ROI, commission structures, performance models, and growth analytics.
• Able to operate in a start-up environment, build systems from zero, and scale rapidly.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills — able to plan and deliver.
• Strong relationship-building skills with affiliates, media partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Cyprus or Bulgaria preferred; open to other European locations.
