Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled CRM Manager with proven experience in the online casino industry to lead our customer retention and lifecycle communication efforts across multiple GEOs. This is a hands-on role requiring strong execution, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and performance. Experience in Sportsbook will be considered a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the promotional calendar across multiple GEOs, ensuring campaigns are timely, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
• Build and optimize customer journeys, including onboarding, retention, and reactivation flows.
• Create and launch CRM campaigns (email, SMS, pop-ups, etc.) using CRM tools, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and report on key metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions, and implement improvements based on insights.
• Collaborate with Content, Product, and Design teams to ensure messaging is on-brand, accurate, and engaging.
• Conduct market and competitor research to localize strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Support cross-platform promotions, including communication through channels such as Telegram.

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of CRM experience in the online casino industry (required)
• Experience with Sportsbook (advantage)
• Strong English communication skills (required)
• Experience with Smartico (advantage)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (advantage)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on results
• Self-sufficient with excellent time-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and across time zones
