CRM Manager Job - iGaming - Cyprus or Remote

The CRM and Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing customer relationship management strategies and marketing campaigns across different markets and verticals within the online casino business. The role focuses on player retention and engagement, working closely with the marketing team to identify, target, and connect with both new and existing customers.
This position requires a strong understanding of the iGaming industry, combined with expertise in data analysis, segmentation, and customer communication.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies and campaigns aimed at increasing customer loyalty and lifetime value
- Manage the execution of campaigns across email, push notifications, pop-ups, SMS, and other communication channels in unregulated markets
- Handle campaigns end-to-end, including targeting, segmentation, automation, setup, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization
- Create and manage personalized modules and campaign automations
- Draft creative briefs, ensuring stories are delivered with compelling static and dynamic content
- Oversee casino-related website features and enhancements to improve player loyalty and revenue
- Collaborate with marketing and casino teams to design and launch player-focused features and promotions
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, using KPIs to recommend improvements
- Build, document, and maintain detailed country profiles and player segmentations, including onboarding flows, lifecycle strategies, and promotional patterns
- Continuously run A/B testing to optimize automated journeys and ad hoc campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with product, customer service, and analytics to ensure seamless player experiences and efficient internal workflows
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into CRM strategies
- Deliver transparent and well-documented CRM activities to all stakeholders
The Successful Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM and campaign management, with a strong focus on casino/iGaming
- Proven success in developing and executing CRM campaigns, especially in unregulated markets
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize campaigns
- Solid understanding of brand reputation and customer communication standards
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build and strengthen a CRM team
- Hands-on experience with Smartico and/or Optimove
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong focus on growth and improvement
