About the Hiring Company:

We’re looking for a Head of IT to lead the technology vision and execution of our online slot games portfolio. This senior leadership role will be central to shaping the company’s technical strategy, driving innovation in game development, and overseeing mission-critical systems. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless delivery, maintain a high standard of performance across platforms, and position the company at the forefront of the iGaming industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and own the technical roadmap for slot game development, ensuring alignment with business and product strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers, QA specialists, and technical experts.
• Oversee game engines, RNG integration, and backend system architecture.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and robust system performance across multiple markets and platforms.
• Establish and enforce strong security practices, ensuring compliance with international gaming regulations and data protection requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Art, and Marketing teams to deliver innovative, engaging, and high-quality player experiences.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, testing, automation, and deployment.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage in the global iGaming space.
• Manage vendor relationships, technical budgets, and long-term IT investments to maximize ROI.

The Successful Candidate:

• 10+ years in software development, with 5+ years in slot games.
• Expertise in C#, C++, Java, or similar, plus experience with Cocos Creator.
• Strong background in RNG, slot math (RTP/Volatility), and game systems.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional tech teams.
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD expertise.
