About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead growth across all markets, overseeing CRM, Retention, Analytics, Marketing, VIP, and full P&L. The ideal candidate is a proven iGaming operator leader, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage CRM, Retention, Analytics, Marketing, and VIP functions
• Own the company’s P&L with full accountability for revenue growth, budgets, and profitability
• Define and execute marketing and growth strategies across Sports Betting and Online Casino
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Oversee VIP operations, ensuring a strong focus on high-value customers
• Collaborate closely with product teams to align offerings with market and customer needs
• Lead, inspire, and develop teams to achieve business objectives
• Ensure strong performance in regulated and international markets (Asia, South Africa, etc.)

The Successful Candidate:

• Extensive experience in the iGaming industry (operator side only)
• Proven track record in both Sports Betting and Online Casino
• Strong background in marketing, growth, and revenue management
• Demonstrated success in managing P&L, budgets, and large-scale strategies
• Hands-on leader able to move from high-level strategy to operational detail
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Experience in international markets, ideally including Asia and regulated regions
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions
