Location: Sihanoukville, Cambodia (with travel to other studios)

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operational Manager to oversee operations in Cambodia. This role will play a strategic part in managing client requests, optimizing dealer performance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective client support.

Performance Oversight:

• Evaluate and enhance studio and dealer performance, ensuring alignment with internal standards.
• Oversee dealer hiring processes and performance reviews.

Cost and Quality Optimization:

• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining high service quality from dealers.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with Account Managers, clients, and partners to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support operational efficiency.

Communication:

• Act as the main liaison for incoming requests, ensuring they reach the appropriate contacts within and outside the studio.

Travel Requirements

• Expect to travel approximately 5–7 days per month to Poipet and Bavet studios.
• Longer travel periods may be required for special project assignments.

The Successful Candidate:

• Proven experience in operational management, ideally within the live gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of dealer operations, performance management, and client relationship handling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese; Thai is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
