Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Gaming Department in a Sales and Business Development role. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our services through effective sales and business development strategies, client relationship management, and partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic international team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the firm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients and partners in the gaming industry, showcasing the value of our business, products, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our client base and enhance our brand presence.
The Successful Candidate:
- Proven experience as a B2B Sales / BizDev Manager or in a similar role within the Gaming industry.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively to bring greater value to the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of B2B sales techniques and strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and deal closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a portfolio of clients and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
