The Technical Integration Manager is in charge of closely collaborating with clients and internal teams on integration projects. This role involves being the go-to technical expert for company products and services. Additionally, it entails leading internal enhancement projects and managing communication among all stakeholders regarding technical matters.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and take responsibility for projects by:
- Defining and managing the project scope.
- Developing and monitoring the timeline.
- Estimating required resources and coordinating the team.
- Identifying and meeting the required quality of deliverables.
- Applying strong technical skills in developing APIs, running tests, and investigating issues.
- Reporting on project progress, problems, and solutions to all stakeholders.
• Engaging with clients online to provide consultancy, offering technical advice and guidance in projects.
• Collaborating with client-side commercial, technical, development, and project management teams to achieve objectives.
• Continuously acquiring knowledge about the company's latest technical services and
products.
• Being familiar with all current company regulations related to daily routines.
• Making proposals to enhance products, programs, and work procedures, and actively
participating in implementing those improvements.
• Carrying out other duties related to this position and meeting the necessary qualifications, as requested by the manager.
The Successful Candidate:
• Higher education in Information Technology/Computer Science/Mathematics or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in project management and client-facing roles.
• Technical background (Frontend/Backend developer/Automation QA/other relevant
engineering experience).
• Fluency in English and Mandarin. Capable of leading communication between technical and non-technical person.
• Proficiency in multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and a fast learner.
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactiveness.
• Experience in the iGaming industry will be considered an advantage.
