As a Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your focus will be on sourcing regional and international merchants and offering them tailored payment solutions to support their expansion within the APAC region and beyond. Your expertise in the payment industry, coupled with exceptional sales skills, will contribute to our continued success and competitiveness.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or surpass revenue targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with regional and international merchants, understanding their needs and providing customized payment solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to identify market trends and capitalize on new opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional service and support to clients, addressing any issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and market insights to inform decision-making and report on sales performance to the leadership team.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our solutions and expand our market presence.

The Successful Candidate

• Deep understanding of payment specifics within the PSP and FinTech industries in the APAC region.
• Proven track record of success in sales roles within fintech, online payments, or related sectors.
• Knowledge and understanding of Forex, Binary Option, and iGaming industries.
• 3+ years of experience in the payment industry.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express.
• Fluency in English (plus if fluent in one Asian language) 
• Network among High Risk Merchants in Asia region
