Taipei (Neihu area) - 3 months training onsite but open / flexible to Hybrid, possibility of Remote after -- all depending on performance
About the Hiring Company:

What You Would Be Doing:
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, engaging
with clients, oversee test projects, and hiring skilled testers worldwide. Additionally, you
will collaborate closely with our in-house development team to streamline operations
by translating business processes into software tools and features.

You will collaborate with a diverse team including engineering, business development, marketing, and recruitment to establish processes for an efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities:
● Client Success:
○ Serve as the main point of contact, establishing and nurturing strong
client relationships.
○ Understand the distinct business objectives of your accounts and propose
test recommendations to achieve desired goals.
○ Monitor and assess account health, and identify opportunities to increase
value and growth existing accounts.
○ Generate and distribute monthly invoices and credit usage reports.
Test Project Execution:
○ Analyze test requirements and devise effective strategies that adhere to
the budget.
○ Design and disseminate test cases to testers worldwide, monitor and
communicate project status with stakeholders.
○ Own the tester recruitment process and management tester expenses.
● Process Optimization:
○ Collaborate closely with the software development team to transform
processes into software tools and features.
Successful Candidate:
● 3-5 years of experience in account management or client servicing in the
software industry.
● Strong written, spoken, and presentation skills in English.
● Experience with Atlassian and Google Workspace tools.
● Passion in software development and testing.
● Experience working in a software team or startup environment.
● Strong desire to create a meaningful impact.
