iGaming Company (B2C) is looking for Acquisition & Conversion Manager Thailand.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Responsible for helping the commercial side and the company increase its customer database.
- Responsible in increasing the company’s revenues by acquiring new customers
- Analyze data from numerous sources in determining the acquisition strategy
- Identify the factors that affect acquisition and conversion – both front-end and back-end
- To consistently improve the daily average conversion rate
- Responsible in acquiring new customers from all channels.
- Monitors and evaluates communications sent to all customers
- Develops the most suitable approach with regards to the improvement of conversion rates.
- Works across all teams within the Conversion Department to identify challenges and to ensure that they are aware of all outputs, results and recommendations.
- Creates regular, detailed analytical reports and presents the results and recommendations for action to the Management Team.
- Acts as the first point of contact for all departmental acquisition and conversion inquiries.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising / Media or equivalent
- Good Management Skills
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
- Proven marketing and sales skills (online and offline)
- Ability to deal effectively with people and communicate clearly in non-technical language
- Superb research skills and proven leadership skills
- Cultural awareness to support international teams and ability to keep up with technologies and networking trends
- Sufficient English and Thai verbal and written skills
- iGaming experience B2C
- Sound knowledge of marketing principles
- Creative, innovative and resourceful
- Good project management skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to manage campaigns with minimum supervision
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
