Outbound Call & Customer Support Japanese Job - iGaming Company (B2C) - Gibraltar

Location: Gibraltar

You will be the first point of contact with our players with our Japanese players through live chat and email. All aspects of this role are customer-centric and focused on delivering the best possible experience for our customers. 

Part of the role also involves making outbound calls to players. You will be responsible for personalized marketing activities during the customer journey for existing Japanese customers. No Hard Sales. You will only call existing customers.

You will be mainly responsible for:

  • Delivering a high level of customer service to players regarding their queries and inform them about promotions and tournaments on-site
  • Maintaining customer focus and responding to customer queries in accordance with company guidelines
  • Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary
  • Enable our players with quality solutions in a timely, personal and professional manner that exceeds the customers’ expectations
  • Making outbound calls on a daily basis to existing players (welcome calls, courtesy calls, reactivation calls, survey, etc)
  • Keep up to date with new information/policies
  • Collaborate with our Fraud and payments team in customer queries
  • Collaborate with our CRM team
  • Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary

Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken skills in both Japanese and English. Native Japanese speaker is mandatory.
  • You have a positive and can-do attitude with a flexible approach 
  • Experience within the online gaming industry will be considered an advantage.
  • You have a genuine interest in iGaming and eager to learn more
  • You take pride in giving support to people with empathy and show engagement in delivering an excellent service
