About the Hiring Company:
The Media Manager, Offline plans, buys and optimizes offline media for both brands (one premium, one mass-market): TV, radio, OOH, cinema, print and transit. The role gets the most reach and acquisition impact out of the offline budget, and proves it with data.

Job Responsibilities

• Build annual and campaign-level offline media plans with the Brand Marketing Managers, aligned with online media run by Acquisition

• Negotiate and buy TV, radio, OOH, cinema, print and transit media, directly or through the media agency

• Manage the media agency: briefs, plans, buys, invoices and agency performance reviews

• Negotiate rates, bonus spots, packages and annual commitments with networks and OOH operators

• Make sure every placement meets PAGCOR advertising rules, broadcast standards, time-slot limits for gaming ads and site restrictions such as distance from schools and churches

• Verify delivery: spot monitoring, proof of airing, OOH proof of posting

• Measure offline impact with BI: branded search lift, traffic and registration lift by region and time slot, and TV-to-online attribution

• Manage the offline media budget and report spend against plan

Success in the First 12 Months

• Offline media plan for both brands bought at or below benchmark rates

• An attribution model linking offline spend to registrations and FTDs

• 100% proof of delivery for every buy

• No compliance breaches on placements

The Successful Candidate

• 5+ years in offline media planning and buying, at a media agency or in-house

• Strong relationships with Philippine TV and radio networks and major OOH operators

• Experience with Nielsen or Kantar ratings, reach and frequency planning, and GRP buying

• Comfortable with data and attribution; able to link offline spend to online results

• Online gaming / iGaming experience strongly preferred; betting, telco or e-wallet media experience also considered

• Knowledge of advertising restrictions for regulated categories in the Philippines
