About the Hiring Company:
The Copywriter writes the words for both brands (one premium, one mass-market): campaign lines, ads, promos, CRM messages, scripts and on-site copy. The role gives each brand its own voice, with the premium brand understated and the mass-market brand fun, local and direct, and keeps every line compliant.

Job Responsibilities

• Write campaign concepts, taglines and headlines with the Art Director

• Write copy for TV, radio and video scripts, OOH, print, digital and social ads, and event materials

• Write promo mechanics, T&Cs summaries, push, SMS and email copy, lobby banners and game launch copy with the CRM and Product teams

• Write and adapt copy in English, Filipino and Taglish to suit each audience

• Keep the tone-of-voice guide for each brand up to date and apply it across all teams

• Produce several variants for A/B testing; learn from performance results

• Check every piece against PAGCOR advertising rules, responsible gaming messaging and platform policies; work with Legal on sensitive copy

• Proofread and QA all outgoing brand materials

Success in the First 12 Months

• Tone-of-voice guides live and used for both brands

• Copy turnaround within agreed SLAs

• No compliance issues traced to copy

• Measurable lift in tested headlines and CRM messages

The Successful Candidate

• 4+ years as a copywriter at an ad agency or in-house brand team

• Portfolio covering ATL scripts, digital ads and short-form promo copy

• Experience working on Philippine consumer (B2C) brands

• Excellent written English and Filipino; natural Taglish for mass-market work

• Online gaming / iGaming experience strongly preferred; betting, e-commerce or app experience also considered

• Fast, versatile, and comfortable writing many variants to deadline

• Understanding of advertising compliance in regulated industries a plus
