Growth Manager - iGaming - Onsite, Manila

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and long-term business growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires someone who can analyse customer behaviour, identify growth opportunities, and deliver measurable business results.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced B2C environment, preferably within the iGaming industry, and will be responsible for building and executing growth initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle.
Core Pillars of Expertise:
Acquisition / New User Scaling: Proven track record of exponentially growing the active player base. An expert at mapping out early-stage user psychological triggers and building hyper-efficient registration and activation funnels.
Performance Marketing Mastery: Deep technical mastery over paid ad infrastructure. Capable of allocating and optimizing ad spends to achieve a highly efficient cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Full-Spectrum Digital Marketing: A holistic digital marketer who understands how to blend paid media, search engine visibility, affiliate ecosystems, content, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) into a single, cohesive engine.
Growth Automation & Experimentation: Leveraging modern product analytics and AI tools to systematically accelerate user acquisition pipelines.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Revenue Performance
Strategic Growth Planning: Develop, execute, and scale data-driven acquisition strategies aligned with corporate revenue targets. Identify new market opportunities and build resilient user acquisition frameworks.
Marketing Performance & ROI: Oversee all customer acquisition initiatives. Rigorously monitor campaign performance, return on investment (ROI), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and cost-per-lead (CPL) to optimize resource allocation.
Experimentation Culture: Build a rigorous testing framework to rapidly test acquisition ideas, systematically analyze results, and scale high-performing conversion loops. Use modern AI tools to automate and optimize these growth workflows.
Execution, Campaigns & Product Conversion
Multi-Channel Execution: Design and launch comprehensive campaigns across paid ads, organic channels, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Funnel Optimization: Turn traffic into signups and active platform users. Map out friction points in the player registration, KYC, and initial deposit funnels to maximize the First-Time Depositor (FTD) conversion rate.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Team Collaboration: Partner directly with Product, Engineering, CRM, and Design teams to rapidly deploy acquisition growth tactics, custom landing pages, and highly optimized web asset experiences.
Onboarding Optimization: Work closely with product and technical teams to design and build seamless, personalized onboarding flows that dramatically reduce drop-offs during the registration and KYC processes.
Reporting, Tracking & Data Analytics
Tracking & Infrastructure: Personally set up and maintain growth tracking systems, acquisition dashboards, and critical performance metrics.
Executive Reporting: Prepare and present executive-level reports, market trend assessments, and competitor insights directly to upper management.
The Successful Candidate:
Experience: 5 to 8 years of dedicated experience in Growth Marketing, User Acquisition, or Performance Marketing, with a mandatory minimum of 2 years within the iGaming industry
Performance Media Buying: Expert-level knowledge of major ad networks' bidding algorithms, custom audience building, pixel setups, and lookalike modeling.
Data & Analytics: Advanced data manipulation skills.
Digital Ecosystem Mastery: Solid understanding of affiliate marketing ecosystems, SEO best practices, and lifecycle CRM tools.
Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with iGaming verticals (Casino, Sportsbook, or Live Dealer) and an understanding of the regional regulatory restrictions surrounding gaming advertisements.
Soft Skills: A self-starter who defaults to action, possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, and can translate complex data trends into clear, actionable strategies for leadership.
