About the Role:

We are seeking an SEO Specialist to join our Acquisition team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Acquisition. You will be responsible for developing and executing search engine optimization strategies that drive organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and support player acquisition for the platform.

This is a hands-on role covering technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, link building, and content optimization. You will play a critical role in establishing organic search as a sustainable acquisition channel from the platform's launch.

iGaming experience is preferred but not compulsory. We are looking for strong SEO professionals with proven skills in organic traffic growth and search engine optimization. The Senior Manager, Acquisition will provide industry-specific guidance.

Job Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive search engine optimization strategies covering technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page link building.

• Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities and inform content strategy.

• On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and URL structures for maximum search visibility.

• Technical SEO: Perform regular technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile-friendliness, canonicals, and duplicate content.

• Link Building: Develop and execute link building strategies through outreach, partnerships, and content marketing to build domain authority.

• Content Optimization: Collaborate with the Digital Content Manager to ensure all content is optimized for search. Develop content briefs based on keyword research and search intent analysis.

• Organic Traffic Growth: Drive organic traffic growth by identifying and capturing high-intent search opportunities. Monitor and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority.

• Google Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar).

• Local SEO: Create localized SEO strategies targeting the Philippine market, including Taglish and English content optimization.

• Industry Trends: Stay current on search algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and industry trends.

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO, search engine optimization, or related digital marketing roles

• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link building strategies

• Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar)

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console

• Proven experience in keyword research, site audits, and competitive analysis

• Track record of driving organic traffic growth

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret search data and translate findings into actionable recommendations

• Experience with content optimization for search

• Must be authorized to work in the Philippines

• Strong communication skills in English
