About the Role:

We are seeking a Bonus and Campaign Specialist to join our Player Engagement team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Player Engagement. You will be responsible for bonus management, designing and managing promotional campaigns, and executing player incentives that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention on the platform.

This is a hands-on role focused on iGaming promotions, campaign planning, and bonus structures. You need a strong understanding of wagering requirements, the mathematics behind promotions, and how retention campaigns and player incentives are executed end-to-end in a B2C casino environment.

iGaming experience is required for this role, specifically in B2C casino (slots and casino products).

Job Responsibilities:

• Bonus Management: Design, configure, and manage bonus structures including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, rebates, and loyalty rewards.

• Promotional Campaigns: Own the end-to-end campaign planning and execution of iGaming promotions, from concept and setup through delivery and post-campaign analysis.

• Player Incentives and Retention Campaigns: Develop and execute player incentives and retention campaigns that drive player engagement, reactivation, and lifetime value.

• Wagering Requirements and Bonus Economics: Calculate and model wagering requirements, bonus costs, and ROI projections. Ensure all bonus structures are commercially sound.

• Campaign Planning and Execution: Manage the promotional calendar, coordinate campaign launches, and ensure timely execution across all channels.

• Bonus Structures and Configuration: Configure promotions within the platform's back-office and bonus management tools. Ensure accurate setup and testing before launch.

• A/B Testing and Optimization: Test promotional mechanics, offers, and campaign formats to optimize conversion, engagement, and cost efficiency.

• Bonus Abuse Prevention: Monitor bonus abuse patterns and collaborate with the Risk and Fraud team to detect and mitigate exploitation.

• Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data and report on key metrics (opt-in rates, conversion, player value uplift, bonus costs).

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all iGaming promotions comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in bonus management, promotional campaigns, or player incentives within a B2C online casino/iGaming environment

• Strong understanding of bonus structures, wagering requirements, and the mathematics behind promotions

• Experience with campaign planning and managing iGaming promotions through back-office or bonus management tools

• Analytical mindset with the ability to model campaign economics and interpret performance data

• Experience with retention campaigns and player incentive programs

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns

• Must be authorized to work in the Philippines

• Strong communication skills in English
