About the Role:
The Brand Manager is responsible for driving brand strategy, brand identity, and market positioning for our platform. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand and Partnerships, you will own the execution of marketing campaigns, brand communications, and brand partnerships that build awareness and strengthen our position in the market.
This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, campaign management, and partnership activation. The ideal candidate understands how to build brand awareness through integrated marketing campaigns, influencer and talent partnerships, and strategic brand communications in the iGaming or digital entertainment space.
iGaming experience is required for this role. We are looking for someone who understands iGaming branding and can apply that knowledge to position our platform effectively in the market.
Job Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Identity: Define, manage, and evolve the platform's brand identity across all touchpoints. Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, visual identity, and messaging.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, player acquisition, and audience engagement.
Brand Communications: Own all brand communications, including PR, media outreach, and public-facing messaging. Develop compelling narratives that differentiate the platform in a competitive market.
Market Positioning: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform brand positioning. Ensure the brand stands out in the iGaming and digital entertainment landscape.
Brand Partnerships: Plan and execute brand partnership activations with influencers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), livestreamers, and external brands.
Campaign Management: Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from briefing and creative development through execution and post-campaign analysis.
iGaming Branding: Apply iGaming industry knowledge to brand strategy, ensuring messaging and campaigns resonate with the target player audience while complying with PAGCOR regulatory guidelines.
Brand Health and Reporting: Track brand awareness metrics, campaign performance, and competitive positioning. Report on ROI and use data to inform strategy adjustments.
Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with the Entertainment and Content team, CRM, and Acquisition teams to ensure alignment between brand messaging and platform-wide campaigns.
Vendor and Agency Management: Manage relationships with external creative agencies, media partners, and production vendors.
The Successful Candidates:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or marketing communications
Demonstrated experience in brand identity development and market positioning
Proven experience managing marketing campaigns end-to-end
iGaming industry experience required, with an understanding of iGaming branding and the regulated advertising landscape
Experience with brand partnerships
Strong understanding of brand communications and PR
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Must be authorized to work in the Philippines
