About the Hiring Company:

We are looking for a Senior Digital CRM Manager with a proven track record of designing, building, and evolving CRM and lifecycle frameworks, not just executing campaigns. This role is strategic-first and hands-on by design. You will own the direction, structure, and performance of digital CRM, while remaining close enough to the tools and data to continuously test new ideas and optimize outcomes. The focus is on long-term lifecycle strategy, innovation, and measurable business impact, rather than day-to-day execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end digital CRM and lifecycle strategy, from framework design to performance impact.

• Design and evolve customer journeys, segmentation logic, automation, and personalisation.

• Drive strategic use of modern CRM platforms, data, analytics, and emerging lifecycle tools.

• Translate Southeast Asian customer behaviour and insights into scalable CRM strategies.

• Define CRM KPIs and take ownership of outcomes across retention, engagement, and LTV.

• Partner closely with Product, BI, and Marketing to align CRM initiatives with growth objectives.

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital CRM / Lifecycle roles within digital-first environments.

• Demonstrated track record of building, restructuring, or scaling CRM setups.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to introduce new ideas, frameworks, and approaches.

• Still hands-on with CRM platforms, automation, and data when needed.

• Strong analytical and commercial thinking.

• Practical experience working with Southeast Asian markets.

• Fluent English.
