Head of Casino / Head of Operations
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the commercial performance, product strategy, and operational execution of the Casino vertical. The position carries responsibility for Casino P&L, end-to-end monetisation, CRM strategy, and cross-functional operations across multiple markets, with a strong focus on unregulated Tier-1 market operations.
Role Overview
You will define and execute the Casino strategy while owning the full monetisation lifecycle from the point traffic enters the platform through retention and VIP. While traffic acquisition is handled externally, you will be fully responsible for conversion performance, onsite UX/UI, and monetisation efficiency to ensure KPIs derived from marketing spend are achieved.
The role sits at the intersection of product, CRM, UX, commercial performance, and operations, operating in a lean, performance-driven environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Define and execute the overall Casino strategy in line with business objectives.
Own and manage the Casino P&L, driving revenue growth, margin optimisation, and profitability.
Take full responsibility for end-to-end Casino execution and monetisation, from entry point through retention and VIP.
Own and optimise the conversion funnel, including onsite UX/UI, landing pages, content positioning, and player journeys.
Lead the Casino product and content strategy, including game portfolio, providers, and ongoing performance optimisation.
Oversee Casino lobbies, personalisation, and content placement to maximise engagement and conversion.
Define and execute CRM, retention, and VIP strategies aligned with player lifetime value and marketing spend KPIs.
Monitor player behaviour, market trends, and performance data to identify growth and optimisation opportunities.
Oversee day-to-day Casino operations, including CRM flows, payments, risk, VIP, and player support.
Work closely with product and tech teams to ensure platform readiness, integrations, and smooth delivery.
Translate commercial and operational requirements into clear product, UX, and platform needs.
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Casino and Operations team.
Manage supplier, aggregator, PSP, and third-party relationships, including commercial negotiations.
Provide clear reporting and performance insights to senior stakeholders.
The Successful Candidate:
Senior-level experience in online Casino within the iGaming industry (operator-side).
Proven ownership of Casino P&L in a commercial leadership role.
Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end monetisation and conversion funnels.
Strong understanding of business and financial models, with experience working against KPIs derived from marketing spend.
Hands-on experience with CRM, retention, VIP, and player lifecycle optimisation.
Experience optimising onsite UX/UI, conversion funnels, and landing page performance.
Solid operational background covering platform capabilities, integrations, payments, and suppliers.
Commercially driven, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership in fast-moving environments.
Experience operating in unregulated Tier-1-focused markets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to operate autonomously and drive execution.
