About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and culturally aware Graphic & Video Designer with a strong understanding of the Asian market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a digital-first environment and knows how to craft compelling visual content that resonates with diverse regional audiences.
You will be responsible for producing localized digital assets—including static banners and video content—for online campaigns, social media, and web platforms. Your work will play a key role in strengthening brand presence, supporting marketing initiatives, and boosting engagement across Asia. A solid grasp of cultural nuances, design trends, and visual storytelling techniques relevant to Southeast Asia and China is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design localized static and animated banners tailored for Asian audiences across web, mobile, and social media platforms.
- Create engaging video content for product promotions, CRM campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Ensure all creatives align with cultural expectations, visual preferences, and market trends in the target regions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce visual assets for CRM initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Maintain and develop brand identity across all digital content to ensure consistency and quality.
- Interpret campaign briefs and transform them into eye-catching, results-oriented designs.
- Optimize creatives for various platforms, including social media, web banners, and mobile formats.
- Stay up to date with industry and design trends in Asia—especially China—including competitor visuals, animation styles, and platform-specific requirements.
- Manage file delivery and deadlines effectively within a fast-paced, remote work environment.
The Successful Candidate:
- Proven experience in digital design, banner creation, and video editing, with a portfolio targeting Asian audiences.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design tools.
- Experience with AI tools to support CRM strategies and campaign design.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Chinese, Thai, or Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of Asian digital culture, visual trends, and regional platforms.
- Experience designing for CRM campaigns, digital advertising, and social media.
- Ability to adjust visual tone and messaging based on cultural and platform-specific preferences.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a remote-ready work ethic, able to deliver quality outputs independently.
- Experience with motion graphics, typography, and short-form video storytelling is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the iGaming, entertainment, or e-commerce industries is essential.
- Creative thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
