About the Role:
You’ll be an essential member of the VIP team, delivering an exceptional experience to Chinese VIP clients. You will take full ownership of customer queries, aiming for first-contact resolution while consistently exceeding expectations. This is a fast-paced role within a dynamic environment that puts customer experience at its core.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build long-term relationships to boost engagement and earn the loyalty and trust of Chinese VIP players.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of players with a proactive approach.
• Provide outstanding service via chat and telephone, ensuring prompt, effective, and personalized responses.
• Act on opportunities to increase retention, growth, and reactivation; monitor new potential VIPs and stay updated on product and brand knowledge.
• Review major wins/losses daily and analyze player betting behavior.
• Identify and implement data-driven solutions, resolving escalated issues using best industry practices.
• Analyze the performance of your player portfolio using key KPIs.
• Host and attend events as needed — frequent travel will be required.

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, sports betting, and casino games.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail.
