ITSS Team Lead (Integration and Technical Solution Support team) - iGaming - Taiwan

We are looking for a passionate and courageous Team Lead to join our Integration and Technical Solution Support (ITSS) Team. As part of our first-line support function, the ITSS team serves as a central technical knowledge hub—connecting client technical teams, internal business stakeholders, and product development.
In this role, you will lead a team that manages API integration support and provides technical guidance across client-facing scenarios. You will work closely with account managers, business teams, and engineers to ensure that support strategies align with business goals and technical requirements.

ITSS Team’s Working Scope
- Client Integration Support: Deliver comprehensive integration presentations and provide ongoing technical assistance throughout the integration phase. Proactively propose tailored technical solutions to address and support clients’ operational requirements.
- Client Request Analysis and Coordination: Analyze client business scenarios and translate their requests into clear, actionable requirements. Effectively communicate these simplified requirements to the product development team to ensure alignment and timely implementation.
- New Release Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to thoroughly understand user scenarios related to new product and feature releases. Serve as the quality gatekeeper by ensuring that all releases adhere to established standards prior to deployment.
- Technical Project Coordination: Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify project requirements, document technical specifications, and execute project plans. Maintain clear communication with internal teams to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of results that align with expectations.
- Operational Workflow Design: Based on evolving business requirements, develop and optimize workflows and operating models in collaboration with relevant teams. Facilitate seamless day-to-day operations through process standardization and improvement.
- Internal Tools Administration: Manage administrative aspects of internal systems, including user access control and technical configuration. Leverage automation and system customization to align tool functionalities with defined operational workflows, enhancing efficiency and usability.
- Operational Service Support: Deliver training to internal teams and provide ongoing operational assistance. Lead discussions to define system severity levels for different products and tech services. Review and enhance technical and product-related documentation to ensure clarity and completeness, supporting seamless client integration and minimizing implementation risks.
- Client Incident Support: Assist with production issues by offering clear instructions to first-line support and account managers. Participate in technical discussions when necessary to provide technical guidance and support to efficient client communication.
