About the Hiring Company:
A well-established Casino company that has their own platform and live studio to serve local players in the Philippines for the past 4 years. As the team continues to grow, they are now looking for a Head of Gaming to lead and manage the division.

Job Summary:
To be responsible and accountable for the overall efficient and profitable operation of the Online Gaming department, excluding international business. To ensure the highest standards of game analysis, customer service, and promotions within a secure working environment in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company and Board of Directors.

This role requires a senior leader with a proven track record in both land-based and online casino operations, capable of managing complex projects, cross-functional teams, and customer-focused strategies in a performance-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall direction of the company’s Online Gaming Strategy excluding international business.
• Responsible for the revenues and costs for the online domestic business.
• Lead the overall direction of the in-house products, 3rd party products, platform, payments, and marketing tools. This includes the strategy, roadmaps and the product management/product owner teams in order to ensure continuous improvements to the business.
• Responsible for and managing all online gaming team members and departments, including operations, product, marketing, support, payments, compliance, and security.
• Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy for the online domestic business. This includes, but is not limited to: Branding, SEO, SEM, Digital, ATL, social media, retention, reactivation, customer engagement, and other marketing areas to ensure the highest possible traffic and revenue.
• Manage partnerships to grow customer loyalty within the online gaming platform and overall technology stack.
• Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction including: the 24/7 support team, system stability and uptime, quality of game streaming, and player engagement.
• Work closely with the on-premise team to guarantee a consistent level of service and rewards for customers.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments such as HR, finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Key Performance Indicators: Number of daily users, new member signups, number of hands played, total wager and total theoretical generated, and overall profitability of the online gaming department within the domestic market.

The Successful Candidate:

• Senior leadership experience – 10 years in the casino industry including at least 5 years in online gaming / iGaming.
• Cross-functional team management – Experience managing departments such as HR, finance, legal, and compliance.
• Strategic operational leadership – Proven ability to manage revenues, costs, and continuous improvements in a corporate environment.
• Marketing expertise – Skilled in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and player acquisition/retention strategies.
• Customer-focused and KPI-driven – Ability to ensure top-tier customer service and drive performance through data and key metrics.
• Project management expertise – Ability to lead complex initiatives and drive outcomes across teams and functions.
• Strong social and interpersonal skills – Comfortable navigating structured environments and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Corporate adaptability – Comfortable operating within a structured organization, aligning with policies, processes, and cross-functional workflows, while still moving fast and delivering results in a high-growth environment.

Other Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to relocate to Manila (relocation package included).
• Experience working in the Philippines or Southeast Asia is preferred but not required.
• Open to candidates of all nationalities.
