About the Role:
As a Product Owner, you will define the product vision, prioritize features, and ensure the development team delivers valuable gaming experiences. You'll act as a vital link between stakeholders and developers—driving innovation and enhancing user engagement in a competitive market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and lead the creation of successful Live Casino products across mobile, tablet, desktop, and other platforms within an Agile environment.
• Craft detailed and precise written specifications for new products and features.
• Define and communicate product vision with Developers, Designers, Testers, Studio teams, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity on product goals.
• Leverage insights from Business Intelligence teams to guide product development.
• Set and monitor daily, short-term, and long-term goals to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Resolve product development challenges and prioritize based on business goals and user feedback.
• Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and Account Management teams to meet revenue targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure new products and features are thoroughly evaluated for usability and performance, including through focus groups when applicable.
• Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

The Successful Candidate:

• 3–5+ years as a Product Owner within software development teams, with strong understanding of the development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to guide decisions.
• Deep familiarity with top games, genres, and mechanics relevant to target audiences.
• Strong understanding of player behavior, cultural nuances, and regional gaming preferences.
• Awareness of market dynamics, industry leaders, and competitive offerings.
• Experience supporting and challenging both established and newly formed teams to foster growth.
• Proven ability to work remotely with efficient communication and task management.
• Track record of bringing product concepts to life through collaboration and execution.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
