We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team to lead our
community engagement and streamer relations efforts.

Role Overview:
As a Streamer & Community Engagement Manager you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that build, engage, and retain a vibrant community of fans for our games. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness and increasing our share of voice within the highly competitive iGaming sector. This role requires expertise in the streaming platforms globally, managing both agencies and direct streamer relationships, formulating strategic growth plans, and leveraging iGaming culture to enhance brand positioning. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Growth Planning: Create and implement growth hacking strategies to
drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, focusing on maximizing brand awareness and share of voice within the iGaming community.
• Streamer Relations: Identify, recruit, and manage a network of influential
streamers and content creators to amplify our brand message and game content. Build strong relationships, negotiate contracts with streamers and ensure that the goals set out for them are met based on objectives.
• Agency Management: Source, evaluate and collaborate with external agencies
to execute community engagement strategies, including social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content creation.
• Community Building & Management: Develop and execute strategies to build,
engage, and retain a vibrant community of fans around our games across various
platforms (e.g., Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).
• Content & Campaign Development: Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content, events, and campaigns that resonate with gamers and enhance the brand experience.
• Data-Driven Insights: Monitor, analyze and report on community sentiment,
engagement metrics, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve community satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure alignment of community engagement efforts with overall brand objectives.
• Regional Expertise: Understand the iGaming culture and market dynamics in
Asia, tailoring community engagement strategies to suit local preferences and trends.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in the iGaming or entertainment industry.
• Proven experience in building and managing communities across multiple platforms and geographies, particularly in Asia.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture, trends, and platforms such as Twitch,
YouTube, TikTok, and Discord.
• Demonstrated ability to work with streamers and content creators, including
contract negotiations and partnership management.
• Experience in growth hacking strategies and driving community-driven growth
and brand awareness.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple
projects and stakeholders, including agencies and creative teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make
data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence
and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for gaming and entertainment, with a deep understanding of community
dynamics and fan engagement strategies.
