Job Overview:

As Managing Director of the group of companies based in our Isle of Man office, you will have full P&L responsibility and manage all commercial aspects of the core business. You will oversee all B2C and B2B brands in targeted jurisdictions within South East Asia, operated via the Group’s Isle of Man license, and work on developing a strategy to expand our regional footprint.

In addition to holding an executive Director position, you will represent the company as the Designated Official to the Isle of Man Gambling Supervisory Committee.

Job Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of all commercial teams across the Group’s brands as
  defined above and across functions that include brand differentiation and
  marketing strategy, customer acquisition, registration-to-FTD conversion,
  retention, engagement, and content display.
• Responsibility for ensuring that the commercial teams are best positioned to
  succeed in an environment that values both business and personal growth and
  continuous technology-led innovation.
• Full P&L owner for all jurisdictions and brands, including the oversight of all
  annual business plans and quarterly forecasts as well as regular reporting of
  monthly variances against those plans.
• Creation and execution of each brand’s marketing strategy will require close
  collaboration with and support from the centralised Digital Marketing team, the
  specifics of which shall be defined, monitored and measured by this role.
• Responsibility for creation, monitoring and measurement of regular OKRs for
  each region and brand.
• Collaboration with our outsourced platform provider (Sports, eGaming, PAM) to
  ensure that global product development and management strategy meets the
  requirements of the business’s markets.
• Collaboration with the outsource trading team to ensure that sportsbook pricing & risk management strategy meets the requirements of the business’s markets.
• Collaboration with our Brand & Creative agency to ensure successful execution
  of each brand’s creative strategy.
• Attendance at formal ARC and Board meetings to report on performance.

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• 10 years + experience in online gambling commercial and/or product roles.
• 5 years + experience in commercial and/or product roles with either full P&L or
  revenue responsibility.
• Executive presence with the confidence and competence to not only provide
  input to but to consistently add value and insights in Board, executive level and
  regulatory environments.
• Financial literacy and presentation skills required to both manage and analyse
  performance but also to clearly articulate these concepts at an executive level.
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken – with excellent grammar and
  presentation skills required.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse and potentially remote multi-cultural teams.

• Executive Management of platform supplier, including product, trading and
  payments.
• Compliance and Risk team.

Working environment:
This role is based in our spacious Isle of Man office. There will be the need for regular
travel to Gibraltar where the Group’s platform and centralised service provider is based. Although the role will predominantly be Monday to Friday the 24/7 365 day nature of the industry means that there may be times where input outside of the standard working week is necessary.
