Chief Revenue Officer for Gambling Job - iGaming - Remote, Europe
Nationality: EU Citizenship (Can be based in other regions but will be working European time zone)
Established in 2021, our client company operates across the Europe, Australia, and Canada with a team of over 60 professionals. Specializing in the gambling business, they offer a variety of card games, slots, and betting options on their website.
Lead all CRM retention marketing initiatives.
Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Implement effective customer journey and lifecycle campaigns.
Execute segmented campaigns to manage customer retention and churn.
Collaborate with brand and creative teams to maintain brand consistency and optimize content.
Generation of Chaos (GoC) Management
Oversee the performance and revenue of the GoC portfolio.
Manage and optimize the games portfolio.
Establish and maintain relationships with game providers.
Plan and monitor GoC revenue and KPIs.
Lead initiatives to enhance the overall casino customer experience.
Data and Business Intelligence (BI)
Manage KPIs and core metrics across all business domains.
Develop a comprehensive BI reporting system.
Oversee data processing and analytics.
Implement machine learning strategies for improved customer segmentation and personalization.
Resolve cross-functional issues in marketing and sales.
Participate in contract negotiations and team building.
The Succesful Candidate
At least 3 years of experience as a CRO/COO/Head of Product/Head of Sales in the gambling industry.
Experience of significant growth of the company's revenue due to your strategy, confirmed by successful cases.
Experience with overseas markets (the EU, Australia, Canada, Scandinavian countries).
Experience in leading and building teams with high performance culture, scaling and improving operations to enhance the customer experience.
Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through analytics, research, hypothesis validation and business development techniques.
Strong understanding of online consumers’ behavior and analytics.
Ability to simultaneously manage and execute multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong in organizational planning and development; proven leader and manager with an innate ability to hire and inspire strong people.
Clear, repeatable, and consistent operating framework.
Excellent communicative skills.
Upper-Intermediate English is a must.
