We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our entry into the LATAM iGaming sector, focusing from Brazil to Mexico.
Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for scouting, generating and managing new business opportunities and partnerships that will increase company's revenues and exposure in the market. The role will require the development of strong relationships with prospective clients and industry leaders, always carrying the company's values and objectives forward.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities;
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in prospective customer's organizations;
- Lead, coordinate and manage the negotiation process with potential partners;
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities;
- Work closely with the internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to align business development strategies and initiatives;
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions;
- Regularly report status of business development activities to the Senior Management.
- Develop potential client relationships and expand market presence throughout LATAM.
- Actively engage in exhibitions, fostering customer relationships and representing the company professionally.
- Generate regular reports on business progress and market trends, providing strategic recommendations.
- Periodically travel for business purposes to nurture and grow customer relationships.
The Successful Candidate:
- 3-5 years of B2B experience, particularly in directly selling gaming content or working with aggregators
- Remote location within LATAM.
- Well connected and recognized in the iGaming sector.
- Commercially driven, with strong negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Highly analytical and data-driven.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
- Expertise with the LATAM gaming market.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think out-of-the-box.
- Essential experience in the iGaming industry.
- Strong communication skills, self-management capabilities, and a proactive reporting approach.
- A positive, honest attitude that aligns with our company culture.
