About the Hiring Company:

We are on a mission to be the most successful online gaming entity in Asia and other emerging markets. And today, we are looking for a someone who can grow & maintain good relationship with our Vietnam Affiliate Partners.

Job Description:

• Acquire new affiliates and strengthen the existing partnerships
• Setting up of new affiliate accounts and ensuring that all tracking is in
  place and working correctly to enable full optimization of the account
  by following all different sources of traffic.
• Responsible for and targeted on performance of assigned affiliates.
• Responsible to build and develop relationships with assigned affiliates
  to widen cooperation.
• Connect with key affiliate partners daily, weekly & monthly
• Implement strategies to increase quality and yield from affiliates
• Identify and cultivate top affiliates and develop incentive programs
• Collaborate with our design team to facilitate partners & requests for
  banners and other marketing creative
• This position reports to the Head of Affiliates

The Sucessful Candidate:

• Native/Fluent in Vietnam
• Fluent in English
• Experience in iGaming industry (Affiliate Marketing is a plus)
• Can – Do Attitude
• Process and Results Driven
• Strong Sales, Negotiation, and business development skills
• Good organizational skills
• Technical knowledge for integration with affiliates
• Strong Sales, Negotiation, and business development skills
• Data analysis skills and ability to reach actionable conclusions
• A good communicator and team worker
• Familiarity with various affiliate marketing platform solutions an advantage
• Ability to communicate well with people at all levels of the business and
  develop strong working relationships with internal and 3rd party service
  providers.
