One of the biggest PPC affiliate groups is partnering up with a world's leading iGaming software providers to launch a casino brand targeting unregulated (or lightly-regulated) markets. Instant acquisition / traction once the brand is launched due to the access to the traffic the PPC group has.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for helping the commercial side and the company increase its customer database.
• Responsible in increasing the company’s revenues by acquiring new customers
• Responsible in handling the main channels of acquisition and in acquiring new customers from all channels - Affiliations, SEO, Media Buy, Social Media and Refer a Friend
• For Affiliations – ensures we are working with profitable affiliates, manages the numbers and comes up with creative ideas to improve our affiliations partnership. HIGH FOCUS ON PPC
• For SEO – ensures that we are increasing our traffic from various sources, keywords, websites, etc.
• For Media Buy – ensures that we get the ROI invested on various media buy sites – PPC, Display, etc.
• For Social Media – ensures that we diligently updates relevant content on all social media platform.
• For Refer A Friend – working with Country Managers to come up with exciting campaigns to get more players from our existing database.
• Identify the factors that affect acquisition and conversion – both front-end and back-end – from Traffic, to Clicks, to Successful FTD.
• Develops the most suitable approach with regards to the improvement of conversion rates and FTD count.
• Monitors and evaluates communications sent to all customers.
• Works across all teams within the Conversion Department to identify challenges and to ensure that they are aware of all outputs, results and recommendations.
• Creates weekly, monthly and quarterly detailed analytical reports and presents the results and recommendations for action to the Management Team.
• Acts as the first point of contact for all departmental acquisition and conversion inquiries.

The Successful Candidate:

• 4+ years of iGaming experience in Marketing (focus on Acquisition and Conversion)
• Main experience working for unregulated/grey markets (Germany, Italy, New Zeeland, Austria and Canada)
• Good Analytical and Management Skills
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
• Somebody who has experience in managing affiliate accounts that deliver PPC traffic
  
• Ability to deal effectively with people and communicate clearly in non-technical language
• Proven marketing and sales skills (online and offline)
• Superb research skills and proven leadership skills
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial
• Cultural awareness to support international teams and ability to keep up with technologies and networking trends
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Sound knowledge of marketing principles
• Creative, innovative and resourceful
• Good project management skills
• Understanding of SEO, Affiliations, Media Buy and Social Media marketing
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to manage campaigns with minimum supervision
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Managerial experience
