About the Hiring Company:

We are a rapidly expanding business that currently receives 500K visitors every month on an iGaming platform we operate in Western Europe and Canada.

We currently operate 2 brands in the above-mentioned regions. A 3rd brand is in the works. Indeed, we do not slacken our efforts and we try to push our limits continuously. 

Efficiency, adaptability and agility are just a few of the qualities that characterize our team and the direction we are constantly looking for. And today, we are looking for an Affiliate Manager who can contribute to our exciting and wonderful adventure.

Job Description:

• Actively seek and acquire new affiliates in Western Europe and/or Canada market. 
• Monitor performance, optimize and manage existing affiliate partnerships.
• Ensure a positive return on investment from the affiliates.
• Monitor to stay up to date on the best traffic acquisition methods to your markets.

The Successful Candidate:

• Willing to work in the St Julians, Malta office.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an affiliate manager in iGaming for the Nordic (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark), Germany and/or Canada markets is a must.
• You know how to evaluate the traffic value from a potential affiliate based on the communication channel used and the country targeted.
• You know how to adjust a deal (RS/CPA) depending on the communication method used, the channel and the country.
• You are familiar with the KPI of gambling industry (GGR, NGR etc.).
• You have already used a tool such as: social blade / ahrefs / ... to check if the affiliate is really interesting in terms of traffic and profitability.
• You know how to build a long-term relationship with your affiliate.
  
• Not only experience in SEO Affiliate marketing but also Social Media and PPC
• Fluent in English
