The Successful Candidate

•  Build MVPs quickly - We are people who love to build. We build new, innovative web-based products and shape ideas into reality. It’s a big plus if you have built your own projects, even small or basic ones.
• Have a good sense of UI/UX
• Have built some web applications with good UI/UX, have worked closely with designers to iterative designs. 
• Passionate about building and learning complex UI/UX development.
• Design reusable components and efficient front end architecture.
• Have in-depth knowledge of web frontend, including the DOM, browser APIs, modern CSS, responsive/mobile web, and components
• Have experience with modern web technologies and reactive frameworks like React, Angular or Vue
• Experience solving cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Self-driven, autonomous, personality with a desire to develop protocols that will have an impact
• Experience with TypeScript is a plus
• Experience with Next.js is a plus
• Experience with Tailwind CSS is a plus
• Experience with Web3.js / Ethers.js is a plus
