About the Hiring Company (B2B):
We are a leading licensed online gaming company founded in 2008. The Company has a commitment to give our players a fun and rewarding experience over our suite of products. Since inception, we have sponsored and partnered with various NBA players, EPL and racing teams.
- Liaise with stakeholders on system requirements and provide new solutions according to business needs.
- Manage, Maintain, Enhance and Optimize SugarCRM.
- Manage, Maintain, Enhance and Optimize In-house built system.
- Work with Infrastructure team to ensure optimal performance of servers hosting internal system.
- Manage projects related to internal system.
- Manage, Maintain, Enhance and Optimize communication channel used by CRM.
- Prepare reports as and when required.
- Work on other related projects and ad hoc tasks as required/assigned.
The Successful Candidate:
- SugarCRM administration
- PHP Background
- Perl Background
- Mysql and POSTGRE background
- Bachelor's Degree in software engineering, computer science, or a similar field (is a plus but not a prerequisite).
- At least 5-6 years of working experience in similar capacity.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and consultative skills.
- Fluent in English
- Able to adapt and work in multi-cultural work environment.
- Willing to be based in Makati, Philippines.
