Job Description: 

• Assist the promotions team in the day to day tasks of promotional campaigns and mastery of promotional tools.
• Work with relevant teams across the business, such as Account Management, Marketing, Creative, BI, Compliance etc. to ensure the effective delivery and implementation of promotion briefs to achieve the objectives;
• Create promo briefs, coordinate network promotions across departments and assist in bespoke promotions execution;
• Assist in creative briefs with the Marketing Team and Design Team to share promotions plan and, Review output (Artwork and wordings) provided;
• Back-office tools: Understand back-office set-up and execute approved promotional mechanics, ensuring accuracy in the process from pre to post launch;
• Generate winner lists for promotional campaigns for Account Management team;
• Create promotional reports to be shared with stakeholders such as BI and Finance;
• Mastery of new product or tool enhancements and provide support (eg. presentations and / or provide back office trainings to support Account Management teams);
• Creative: Assist in creative briefs to marketing team and designers to share promo plan; and review outputs (artwork, wordings) provided by them;
• On-site: Manage and monitor the website promotion display to ensure promotions and offers are displaying accurately on site, external pages across both desktop and mobile;
• Execute outputs from designer & copywriter team using the assigned tools as part of the effort to bring the promotions to live across all available Asian languages;
• Communication: Communicate promotions both internally (Account management, Marketing) and externally (clients) via email tools;
• Support the promotions team in any adhoc activities or campaigns;
• Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent, compliant and follows the brand and best practice guidelines

 The Successful Candidate:

• Must have 2-3 years of experience in similar role for iGaming company
• Understanding of Back office setups
• Experience in creating briefs for promotion and manage website promotions
• Fluent in English and other Asian language
