Job Description:

• Plan and execute customer acquisition plan for the Greater China region
• Search for and capitalize on China-centric acquisition channels including but not limited to KOLs, affiliates, display ads, social media ads, SEO, and streamers
• Manage a close-knit team of marketing executives. Assess individual performance indicators to ensure team KPIs are met, and grow team members’ skill base
• Measure and report performance of all acquisition activities and assess ROI. Analyze the results for respective stakeholder reporting along with key insights
• Co-ordinate with other departments, vendors, and agencies (including creative, marketing, IT, customer service & product development teams) for smooth rollout of campaigns

The Successful Candidate:

• Candidate should possess at least a Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent field
• Experience in a marketing function in online gaming or cryptocurrency
• Proficient with the Office 365 suite, especially Excel
• Interest in sports (preferably soccer and basketball) and cryptocurrencies
• Able to read, write and speak fluently in Chinese. Bilingual candidates favored
• Strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced multicultural work environment
